A part of a larger collection of childhood photographs of Mrinalini were discovered among her mother Leela Mukherjee’s archives. As an artist herself, Leela documented family moments with the same care and attention she brought to her own creative practice. These images capture Mrinalini’s formative years and the familial environment that shaped her artistic journey. The Mrinalini Mukherjee Foundation manages Leela Mukherjee's archives as well.
